At Aamango, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our cancellation, return, replacement, and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before it is marked as shipped / dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly.

In such cases, the customer may initiate a return request after delivery as per the return policy below.

Please note:

  • shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
  • cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as a return request

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please log in to My Account and submit a return request with the required details.

Once the request is approved, we will share the return instructions including the return address and process.

Where possible, please use the original packaging provided.


3. Conditions for Successful Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • product must be unused
  • product must be undamaged
  • product must be returned with all included items and accessories
  • original packaging should be used wherever possible
  • seals, tags, labels, and warranty stickers (if applicable) must remain intact
  • no signs of intentional damage, wear and tear, or misuse

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before refund or replacement is approved.


4. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Delivery

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • wrong item
  • incomplete package
  • delivery marked as completed but item not received

please report the issue within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

As all orders are sent through tracked courier services, we may request:

  • photographs of the package
  • photographs of the product
  • proof of damage
  • courier delivery confirmation details

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • replacement, or
  • refund (if replacement stock is unavailable)

If the issue is found to be on our side, return shipping charges will be borne by us.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to:

  • hygiene reasons
  • customised / personalised products
  • clearance / sale items
  • sealed products once opened (where applicable)

Please refer to the product page for any item-specific return restrictions.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damage, wrong product, or delivery issue caused by us, return shipping charges will be paid by Aamango
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Debit / Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If a replacement cannot be processed due to stock unavailability or any operational reason, a full refund will be issued.
