At Aamango, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days from the date of successful order confirmation and payment.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines may vary due to operational, courier, or local regulatory conditions.

In exceptional or unusual circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 days (approx.) depending on local guidelines, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.


2. Partial Shipment / Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately from different locations.

As a result:

  • you may receive your order in multiple shipments
  • packages may arrive on different dates
  • separate tracking updates may be provided

You will be notified by email if your shipment does not contain all the items from your order.


3. Undelivered Items

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver any part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the undelivered portion.

In such cases:

  • you will be notified by email
  • the amount paid for the undelivered item(s) will be refunded
  • refund will be made to the original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.


4. Damaged / Tampered Package

If the outer packaging appears:

  • damaged
  • tampered
  • opened
  • in poor condition

we strongly advise that you refuse to accept the delivery.

We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement at the earliest.


5. Delivery Discrepancies / Missing Items

If there is any discrepancy in delivery, including:

  • missing item
  • incorrect item
  • incomplete package
  • delivery marked as completed but not received

please notify us within 5 working days from the date of delivery confirmation SMS or email.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

6. Invoice & Tax Compliance

As per applicable Indian tax regulations, all shipped items (including gifts, promotional items, or replacements where applicable) may be accompanied by an invoice showing the product value and applicable tax details.
